Meet and Greet

At Crewkerne Health Centre we are in need of volunteers to meet, greet and support patients when they arrive and enter. There are several activities involved in this role, however the priority is that all patients have a positive and supportive experience.

This role will support and help patients with using the self check-in stations/kiosks and accessing our online support via the appropriate smart phone / tablet applications (known as ‘apps’). Full training on these apps will be provided to all our volunteers.

Our shifts available are 0830 - 1230 or 1230 - 1630, Monday - Friday. Typically volunteers only do 1 shift a week, but you are welcome to do multiple days if you have more time you would like to give.
